By the end of the course, you’ll be able to confidently perform a variety of orthopedic casting techniques, including short arm, long arm, short leg, and long leg casts using both fiberglass and plaster. Is this course hands-on, and will I get real practice with materials?

Yes. All our courses are highly hands-on. You’ll practice directly with casting materials like fiberglass, plaster, padding, and stockinette—on yourself and your peers—under close supervision. Whether you attend in person or receive a training kit for a remote session, we ensure you gain the practical experience needed to apply what you’ve learned with confidence.
